Hi, I'm Anna.
I do short term and long term house sitting throughout the UK.
I take care of your home, making sure everything is secure.
I see to contractors coming onto the property, cleaners, garden service etc.
If you have animals, I can take care of your animals too. I grew up on a farm with many farm animals, dogs and cats and enjoy their companionship.
I take care of big properties to small homes.
I charge house sitting fees and return transport costs. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required on booking. My fees vary depending on the situation, if there are pets/how many pets or any other custom requirements. The remaining 50% needs to be paid when I arrive at your house.
For long term house sits I would require a deposit as above and to be paid on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

Anna Christian was the sole occupant of my father’s property from 29 November 2024 - 3 May 2025 while the property was up for sale.
The property, was a large ten bedroom house set in its own plot of 20 acres, (address Downsland House, Mill Lane, Crondall, Nr Farnham, GU10 5RL) so it was essential to have a security conscious and responsible individual on site. Anna was meticulous in her security checks, managed the alarm systems, the entry system, the security lighting and cameras.
I had absolute faith in Anna who would contact me if there was any activity, she also corresponded with the gardener and cleaner. I felt the property was in very safe hands at all times.
During the sale period, Anna managed the viewings with the estate agents and worked with the contractor who upgraded the sewage systems on site prior to the sale, she also worked with surveyors.
The property had a large garden, a green house and a glass house, Anna took care watering all the plants. She also dealt with incoming mail and the day to day chores (rubbish, deliveries, etc.)
At all times I found Anna a clear communicator, calm and straightforward. She is independent and self-sufficient and at a difficult time for myself she was a totally reliable and trustworthy colleague.

Anna has been excellent. She is a kind, considerate person who has looked after our house very well, cared for our dogs with great love and attention. She has communicated very well. I am so lucky to have found Anna, from the first time we video called, I knew she was perfect. My two pups are low maintenance, but they do live in South Wimbledon which has a lot of people! Anna took it in her stride and was great at letting me any issues. I left on a work and then holiday feeling confident my pups would be cared for. I came home to a spotless flat and two very healthy pups who only 50% missed me. Anna was is someone who cares and is very considerate to you and the pups home. I will hopefully have Anna look after my pups again and cannot recommend her more to take care if of not only your fur babies but your home.
